Умови оплати: оплата Покупцем вартості переданих ПММ здійснюється періодично протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Покупцем оригіналу рахунка-фактури на оплату товару на підставі видаткової накладної. Строк поставки: 12 місяців від дати … укладення договору. Місце поставки: продавець передає покупцю ПММ частинами на умовах EXW (Інкотермс 2010) франко-термінали АЗС шляхом приймання покупцем (Довіреною особою Покупця) ПММ з АЗС. Перелік АЗС визначається Сторонами в Додатку № 2 до даного Договору, в якому зазначено не менше 20 АЗС по м. Києву (відстань до однієї з АЗС повинна становити не більше 6 км від місцезнаходження Замовника згідно запропонованих маршрутів по картам Googlе (місто Київ, вул. Митрополита Андрія Шептицького, 2 та/або вул. Михайлівська, 12) та не менше 200 АЗС по Україні (окрім тимчасово окупованих територій).
