Учасник повинен мати в наявності мережу заправних станцій по всій території України, а також повинна бути розташована автозаправна станція на території смт. Володимирець або не далі ніж 10 км від юридичної адреси Замовника. Розрахунки за цим договором … здійснюються поетапно, окремо за кожну партію товару згідно заявки Покупця. Оплатита за поставлену партію товару, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання партії товару.
