Постачальник зобов'язується поставити товар в повному обсязі, але не пізніше 01.06.2024 року. Товар повинен бути новим, таким, що раніше не використовувався. До ціни товару входять усі віитрати Постачальника пов'язані з поставкою товару, у тому числі на … транспортування, збирання, пакування, страхування, навантаження, розвантажування, монтування, вартість тари, маркування, сплату податків та іншихобов'язкових платежів тазборів, що сплачують або мають бути сплачені у зв'язку з виконанням цього договору. Розрахунки за товар, щопоставляється покупцем проводиться шляхом оплати за фактично поставлену кількість товару по безготівковому розрахунку на основі платіжних доручень покупця у порядку передбаченому Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.06.2021 р. №590
