Сума за цього Договору включає вартість пакування (якщо таке передбачається при здійсненні постачання предмету закупівлі його складових частин або окремих частин), їх завантаження, доставки і розвантаження. Оплата за поставлені товари Постачальником, … проводиться за фактом отримання Замовником таких товарів протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання товарів. З метою запобігання закупівлі товару виробництва країн військового конфлікту а саме, Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран та отримання гарантій на своєчасне постачання товару у необхідній кількості та якості, на момент укладення договору надається довідка про походження товару, отримана від виробника на запропонований товар згідно технічної специфікації пропозиції Учасника.
