Умови доставки та оплати: Строк поставки товарів: з моменту укладання договору до 31 грудня 2024 року. Місце поставки товару: 61029, Україна, Харківська область, Харків, вул. Краснодарська 104. Постачальник здійснює поставку товару в асортименті, … кількості та за цінами, визначеними договором Поставка здійснюється тільки на підставі заявки (замовлення) Замовника. Замовлення (заявка) на отримання партії Товару надсилається Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника або за допомогою телефонного зв’язку. Кількість товару має відповідати Заявці Замовника. Поставка товару повинна здійснюватися у строк не пізніше п’яти робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника. Ціна на кожний лікарський засіб не повинна перевищувати ціну зазначену в Реєстрі відомостей щодо граничних оптово-відпускних цін на деякі лікарські засоби, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти та підлягають референтному ціноутворенню з урахуванням податків та зборів, а також граничних постачальницько-збутових і торговельних (роздрібних) надбавок або іншого законодавства України, що регулює питання ціноутворення на лікарські засоби, що закуповуються. Розрахунки за наданий товар здійснюється на підставі видаткової накладної протягом 30 календарних днів. Оплата за товар здійснюється Замовником в залежності від реального фінансування видатків.
