джерело фінансування - за рахунок коштів Гранту Європейського Союзу надані в рамках Проекту ЄС «Відродження переміщених університетів: посилення конкурентоспроможності, підтримка громад» / «Reinventing displaced universities: enhancing competitiveness, … serving communities» (REDU) (2020-2023 роки). Грантовий контракт № 2020/415-429 ( проект подовжено до 17.04.2024р.). Закупівля за кошти Гранту буде здійснюватися в пільговому режимі без ПДВ Закупівля здійснювається в пільговому режимі без ПДВ на підставі міжнародного договору – Рамкової Угоди між Урядом України і Комісією Європейських Співтовариств № 994-763 від 03 вересня 2008 року, ратифікованої Законом України № 360-VI від 03.09.2008р. Угода про фінансування заходу «Підтримка ЄС для сходу Укрїни» Оплата Товару буде здійснюватися лише по факту його поставки, шляхом переказу 100 % коштів вартості поставленого Товару Покупцем на рахунок Продавця протягом 10 (Десяти) робочих днів з дня отримання Товару Покупцем і підписання Сторонами відповідних документів про приймання-передачу Товару. Срок поставки 16.04.2024р. Доставка та розвантаження за рахунок Постачальника Постачальник надає документи відповідно до умов договору, Замовник приймає товар по якості та кількості разом з підтверджувальними документами відповідно до умов договору.
