Учасник повинен до кінця строку подання тендерної пропозиції надіслати на електронну адресу замовника mironov@sunpp.atom.gov.ua із зазначенням предмета … закупівлі та ідентифікатора закупівлі (у форматі UA-2024-ХХ-ХХ-ХХХХХХ-Y): заповнений проект договору, заповнену специфікацію відповідно до додатку до договору, заповнену та підписану Анкету для резидентів відповідно до додатку, скановані копії з документів, що зазначені в розділі «ДОКУМЕНТИ» Анкети відповідно до додатку. Посадова особа замовника, уповноважена здійснювати зв'язок з учасниками з технічних питань: фахівець: тел.05136 4-40-57 (інженер УВТК). Умови поставки товару: на умовах – DDP, відповідно до правил INCOTERMS в редакції 2010 року, з обов’язковою присутністю представника Постачальника. Поставка товару здійснюється партіями на підставі заявки, направленої Покупцем на електронну адресу Постачальника. Умови оплати: протягом 180 календарних днів після повного постачання ТМЦ.
