1.Детальні характеристики Товару знаходяться в Специфікації Проекту договору (Відріз 500смх90см марлевий нестерильний, рулон, тип 17 – 450 шт, Лезо для скальпелю №23, №100 – 700 шт, Пластир для фіксації канюль внутрішньовенних (8см х 6см) №50 – 80 уп … (4000 шт), Канюля внутрішньовенна для вливання інфузій з ін'єкційним портом G 20 – 800 шт). 2. Поставка товару повинна здійснюватися протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника, транспортом та за рахунок Постачальника за адресою: 69005, Україна, м. Запоріжжя, Запорізька область, вул. Перемоги, 78, склад провізора. Заявка може надаватися засобами телефонного, факсимільного зв’язку чи електронною поштою. 3. Строк придатності товару на момент поставки на склад Замовника повинен становити не менше 80 % від загального строку придатності товару. Якщо протягом строку придатності товар виявиться дефектним, Постачальник зобов’язаний замінити дефектний товар. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною товару, неналежною якості, несе Постачальник. 4. Оплата здійснюється Замовником протягом 30 календарних днів після поставки Товару на склад провізора, у разі відсутності фінансування - після поставки Товару, по мірі надходження фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
