З метою припинення протиправних дій з боку іноземців та осіб без громадянства, які незаконно перебувають в Україні, застосування до іноземців системи адміністративно-правових заходів, спрямованих на примушування іноземців, які незаконно перебувають в Україні, покинути територію України всупереч їх волі та бажанню, у тому числі супровід іноземців до пунктів тимчасового перебування іноземців або пунктів перетину державного кордону України виникла необхідність у придбанні Бензину А-95. Згідно з інформацією отриманій від сектору ресурсно-господарського забезпечення 15.04.2024 року, при складанні технічних характеристик для закупівлі бензину А-95 виникла помилка, а саме: мережа АЗС повинна бути по всій території України, а не тільки у Запоріжжі та Запорізькій області.
