Фактичний відпуск палива здійснюється по талонах безпосередньо на автозаправних станціях на території Красноградської ОТГ та Наталинської ОТГ Красноградського району Харківської області на відстані не більше ніж 6(шість) км від міста Красноград … Харківської області. Строк поставки товарів: по 25.12.2024 року партіями згідно наявного фінансування. Обмеження віддаленості АЗС від місцезнаходження Замовника обумовлене додатковими затратами коштів та часу на заправку техніки. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом сплати Покупцем грошових коштів в розмірі вартості фактично поставлених талонів, вказаних в акті прийому-передачі та видатковій накладній на підставі наданих Продавцем документів протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати підписання Сторонами акту прийому-передачі та видаткової накладної. Місцезнаходження замовника: 63304, Україна, Харківська область, місто Красноград, 19 Вересня будинок 77; категорія замовника: Юридична особа, яка забезпечує потреби держави або територіальної громади , що визначено згідно з пунктом 3 частини першої статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Вид закупівлі: запит ціни пропозицій згідно абзацу 1 пункту 5 частини 2 статті 4; Мова, якою повинна готуватися тендерна пропозиція - українська мова; »; закупівля здійснюється згідно постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 №1178(зі змінами).
