Передача товару Продавцем проводиться протягом двох діб з моменту отримання заявки Покупця в телефонному чи будь-якому вигляді. З кожною партією товару Продавець зобов’язаний надавати товаросупровідну документацію в порядку, що передбачено вимогами … чинного законодавства України. Поставка товару буде розподілена на 5 (п'ять) пропорційних поставок. Розрахунок за товар здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Покупцем на підставі належним чином оформлених рахунків-фактур, видаткових накладних Продавця впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання товару та відповідних документів, що є підставою для оплати. Підставою для проведення оплати вважається рахунок та накладна Продавця.
