ДК 021:2015: (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон; Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), талон)(За рахунок місцевого бюджету)

Заправка автомобілів здійснюється по талонах, на автозаправних станціях Учасника-переможця, на орендованих, або партнерських АЗС, на розгалуженій мережі АЗС на магістральних трасах і основних шляхових вузлах України; з обов’язковим розташуванням АЗС в … радіусі 10-15 км від місця розташування Замовника : 39259, с. Ліщинівка вул. Лісна, 1, Полтавський р-н., Полтавська обл. Бензин та дизельне паливо відпускається на АЗС по пред’явленим талонам згідно їх номіналу. Строк дії (використання) талонів повинен становити не менш ніж 6 місяців, у разі не використання талонів Постачальник зобов’язаний продовжити термін дії до повного використання. Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями згідно з заявкою / замовленням від відповідальної особи Замовника, яка передається телефонним зв’язком або електронною поштою. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Замовника.
