Додавання чи не додавання ПДВ до ціни договору, що укладатиметься з переможцем, визначатиметься згідно з діючим, на дату укладання договору, податковим законодавством та статусом реєстрації платником ПДВ такого переможця. Найбільш економічно вигідною тендерною пропозицією електронна система закупівель визначає тендерну пропозицію, ціна якої є найнижчою. 6. Кількість: 23000 л. (4600 шт.) 7. Строк, місце поставки товару: протягом 15 (десяти) календарних днів, м.Київ або інший виробничій підрозділ філії, детально в проекті договору додаток 1 8.
