Постачальник гарантує, що Товар належить йому на праві власності, не перебуває під забороною відчуження, арештом, не є предметом договорів оренди, застави та іншим засобом забезпечення виконання зобов'язань перед будь-якими фізичними або юридичними … особами, державними органами і державою, а також не є предметом будь-якого іншого обтяження чи обмеження, передбаченого законодавством України. Покупець здійснює оплату за Товар в безготівковому порядку за фактом його постачання. Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями. Якість Товару, що поставляється, повинна відповідати характеристикам, які встановлені Підприємством-виробником Товару, та вимогам чинного законодавства України, з наданням документів, що підтверджують його якість (сертифікат якості, декларація про відповідність або інші.). Оплата Товару здійснюється протягом 30 календарних днів з дати поставки (передачі) Товару та підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної. Місце поставки Товару м. Київ, вул. Предславинська, 9.
