Якісні характеристики визначено відповідно до особливостей транспортних засобів, що обліковуються на балансі Замовника, та з урахуванням загальноприйнятих норм і стандартів для зазначеного предмета закупівлі. Товар, представлений постачальником, має … відповідати вітчизняним та міжнародним стандартам якості. Товар повинен відповідати вимогам Державних стандартів (ДСТУ) або Технічних умов (ТУ), які діють на території України. Товар повинен відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7688:2015:1. Учасник повинен забезпечити заправку бензином та дизельним паливом на АЗС в межах м. Запоріжжя (при наявності мережі АЗС в Вознесенівському районі міста Запоріжжя). Одна з АЗС повинна бути розташована на відстані не більше 5 кілометрів від місця знаходження Замовника: 69035, Запорізька область, м.Запоріжжя, вул. Південноукраїнська 17А. Талони повинні бути номіналом 10літрів та/або 15літрів.Термін дії довірчих документів (талонів) повинен бути не менше 12 місяців з дня їх отримання Покупцем з обов’язковим продовженням терміну дії (в разі їх неповного використання). Постачання талонів відбувається протягом 3 (трьох) робочих з дати підписання Договору. Талони повинні діяти на всіх АЗС, на яких є обов’язкова гарантована можливість заправки по талонах, наданих Постачальником. У разі пошкодження або втрати талона на пальне Замовником новий талон на пальне надається Постачальником безкоштовно протягом 48 годин з часу отримання відповідного письмового повідомлення. Покупець, у будь-який час, обмінює талони, термін дії яких сплив, на аналогічні з незакінченим строком дії без додаткової за це оплати або продовжує термін використання наявних у Покупця талонів. Гарантійний строк отримання Товару - безстроково з моменту отримання Покупцем талонів. Розрахунок за поставлений товар проводиться шляхом безготівкових розрахунків протягом 20 (двадцати) банківських днів з дати підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар.
