Якість товару, що поставляється Постачальником повинна відповідати вимогам чинних нормативно-правових актів на цей вид товару ДСТУ 5028:2008. З кожною партією товару Постачальник зобов’язаний надавати: декларацію виробника, паспорт якості**, експертний … висновок. Паспорт якості**, зразок розміщений в технічній специфікації (Додаток А) Строк придатності товару повинен відповідати строку визначеному у ДСТУ 5028:2008 для курячих яєць 1 категорії класу С1 (М) при температурному режимі відповідно до даного Товару. Строк придатності Товару до споживання в день його постачання на склад Замовника повинен становити не менше 85% від загального строку придатності Товару до споживання з урахуванням температурного режиму його зберігання. Поставка повинна виконуватись автотранспортом Постачальника або автотранспортом компаній-перевізників за рахунок Постачальника. Поставка товару здійснюється відповідно до графіку постачання* та не пізніше 20 листопада 2024 року включно. Графік постачання* вказаний відповідно до п.п. 3.1.1 проекту договору (Додаток 1). Місце поставки Товару – склад Замовника за адресою: м. Чернігів (конкретна адреса буде вказана при підписанні договору). Розрахунки за Товар проводяться шляхом безготівкових розрахунків з рахунку Замовника на рахунок Постачальника після пред'явлення Постачальником рахунка на оплату Товару та накладної. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюється на умовах відстрочки платежу на термін 30 банківських днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовникомбюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. (Відповідно до пункту 14 Порядку розміщення інформації про публічні закупівлі, затвердженого наказом Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України від 11.06.2020 №1082 – код ДК 021:2015: 03142500-3 – «Яйця»)
