Оплата Товару буде здійснюватися лише по факту його поставки, шляхом переказу 100 % коштів вартості поставленого Товару Покупцем на рахунок Продавця протягом 10 (Десяти) робочих днів з дня отримання Товару Покупцем і підписання Сторонами відповідних … документів про приймання-передачу Товару. 4.2. Оскільки закупівля Товару фінансується – за рахунок коштів Гранту Європейського Союзу надані в рамках Проекту ЄС «Відродження переміщених університетів: посилення конкурентоспроможності, підтримка громад» / «Reinventing displaced universities: enhancing competitiveness, serving communities» (REDU) (2020-2023 роки). Грантовий контракт № 2020/415-429 (проект подовжено до 17.04.2024р.). Покупець та Продавець звільняються від нарахування та сплати податку на додану вартість в межах цих договірних відносин на підставі умов міжнародного договору - Рамкової Угоди між Урядом України і Комісією Європейських Співтовариств № 994-763 від 03 вересня 2008 року, ратифікованою Законом України № 360-VI від 03 вересня 2008 року. в порядку передбаченому Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України «Про створення єдиної системи залучення, використання та моніторингу міжнародної технічної допомоги» від 15 лютого 2002 року № 153.
