Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Покупцем коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця після отримання Товару згідно з наданими накладними. Покупець приймає Товар на підставі накладної, підписаної уповноваженими представниками Сторін. При отриманні … Товару Покупець передає представнику Продавця доручення на отримання Товару, а представник Продавця передає представнику Покупця накладну, які оформлені належним чином. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються Покупцем на підставі видаткової накладної протягом трьох банківських днів з моменту надходження коштів за Товар на поточний рахунок Покупця в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань. У випадку затримки оплати, пов’язаної з відсутністю фінансування та/або з почерговістю здійснення Казначейством та органами Казначейства Платежів за дорученням клієнтів з урахуванням ресурсної забезпеченості єдиного казначейского рахунку, визначеною Порядком виконання повноважень Державною казначейскою службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженим Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.06.2021 № 590, Покупець не несе жодної майнової та фінансової відповідальності перед Продавцем, штрафні санкції не застосовуються. Умови поставки: Відповідно до вимог Міжнародних правил щодо тлумачення термінів «Інкотермс-2010» товар поставляється на умовах DDP. Продавець зобов’язаний здійснити поставку Товару Покупцю за власний рахунок та власними силами за адресою: 61145, м. Харків, вул. Мирна,11-б
