Природний газ, вільні ціни, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу Умови оплати: оплата за газ проводиться Споживачем в наступному порядку: 100% вартості спожитого обсягу природного газу за відповідний розрахунковий період (місяць) оплачується на … підставі акту приймання -передачі природного газу (за звітний місяць) протягом 25 робочих днів з дня підписання акту приймання-передачі. Датою оплати Споживачем природного газу є дата надходження грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника. Фінансування Договору здійснюється з міського бюджету на 2024 рік. Платіжні зобов’язання за цим договором виникають при наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення (бюджетних асигнувань) на 2024 рік. Розрахунки за природний газ здійснюються органами державної казначейської служби України. Постачальник передає Споживачу на умовах цього Договору замовлений Споживачем обсяг (об’єм) природного газу у період з 16 квітня 2024 року по 31 грудня 2024 року (включно), в кількості 6,00 тис. куб. метрів (шість тисяч куб. метрів). Місце поставки: 58001, м. Чернівці, вул. Поповича, 4; 58025, м. Чернівці, вул. Ю. Мізунського, 2; вул. Ю. Мізунського, 10.
