Передача товару у власність Замовника здійснюється за паливними талонами номіналом 10 та/або 15 та/або 20 літрів. Умови оплати: Післяплата. Оплата проводиться після передачі Покупцю паливних талонів та пред’явлення видаткової накладної та акту … приймання-передачі товару, з відтермінуванням платежу до 10 банківських днів з дня отримання товару. • Місце поставки: Відпуск пального повинен відбуватись по талонах на автозаправній станції (АЗС), яка знаходяться в межах 10 кілометрів по автомобільній дорозі від 80411, Львівська область, Червоноградський район, смт Добротвір та на якій є обов’язкова гарантована можливість заправки по паливних талонах, наданих Постачальником. Термін дії талонів не менше 12 місяців. Зберігання товару, що передано Покупцю по придбаним талонам повинно бути підтверджене Договором зберігання товару між Учасником та запропонованими АЗС до повного їх використання.
