Поставка партіями не рідше 2-х разів на тиждень (згідно наданого Замовником попереднього замовлення), до 31.12.2024 року. Строк поставки товарів: до 10 години ранку протягом строку дії договору. Моментом постачання вважається дата прибуття товару в місце … постачання. Розвантаження здійснюється представниками ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються з урахуванням ст.ст. 48, 49 Бюджетного кодексу України за фактом поставки товару, у разі наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань, протягом 30 календарних днів після отримання належним чином оформленої видаткової накладної. У випадку затримки бюджетного фінансування Замовник зобов’язується сплатити вартість поставленого товару впродовж 3-х банківських днів з дати отримання бюджетних коштів. Розмір забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю становить - 5% (п’ять відсотків) вартості договору із заокругленням до найближчих 10 гривень. Забезпечення виконання договору здійснюється шляхом перерахування коштів на реєстраційний рахунок ПОКУПЦЯ не пізніше дати укладення договору. Призначення платежу: забезпечення виконання договору за предметом: ДК021:2015 15220000-6 Риба, рибне філе та інше м’ясо риби морожені. Документ, що підтверджує внесення забезпечення виконання договору ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ є платіжне доручення з відміткою банку про здійснення платежу на рахунок ПОКУПЦЯ
