Постачання товару партіями, 1 раз/міс., протягом 2024 року. Термін виконання замовлення: протягом двох робочих днів з дня звернення представника Замовника. Доставка за адресою: Петриківський обласний геріатричний пансіонат, с.Петриків, вул.Зелена, 15, … Тернопільська обл., Тернопільський р-н. Товари, що постачаються, повинні мати необхідні копії сертифікатів якості виробника, реєстраційне посвідчення та висновок державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи, або інший подібний документ, що підтверджує відповідність товару вимогам, встановленим до нього загальнообов’язковими на території України нормами і правилами, повинен бути оформлений відповідно до вимог законодавства України, інше (за наявності). Учасник на етапі поставки товару повинен надати чинні документи, що підтверджують якість товару, що постачається (сертифікат виробника який підтверджує відповідність показників якості вимогам стандартів і технічних вимог). Товар повинен відповідати вимогам охорони праці, екології, санітарно-гігієнічним вимогам. Товар повинен бути новим. Термін придатності: повинен бути вказаний на упаковці. Товар, який постачається, не перебував в експлуатації, терміни та умови його зберігання не порушені. Упаковка товару повинна бути не пошкоджена, з необхідними реквізитами виробника. Якщо товар виявиться неякісним або таким, що не відповідає умовам визначеним у Проєкті Договору, Постачальник зобов’язаний замінити цей товар. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною товару належної якості (транспортні витрати, тощо) несе Постачальник. Доставка та розвантаження до складу Замовника: силами та коштом Постачальника.
