Умови оплати: Оплата за Товар здійснюється шляхом перерахування на рахунок Постачальника грошових коштів з рахунку Замовника протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня отримання … Замовником Товару. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються за фактом постачання з можливістю відстрочки платежу до 30 робочих днів. Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються в безготівковому порядку шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника на підставі видаткової накладної. Датою оплати вважається дата зарахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. Попередня оплата замовленого товару не передбачена. Будь-які бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюватимуться лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення (ч. 1 ст. 23 Бюджетного кодексу України). Спосіб поставки товару: Поставка (передача) Товару здійснюється за адресою: 68003, Одеська область, Одеський район, м. Чорноморськ, проспект Миру, буд. 33. Поставка здійснюється транспортом та за рахунок Постачальника в робочі години Замовника (Проєкт договору - додано файл) (відповідний код ДК 021:2015 -34351100-3 Автомобільні шини).
