Номенклатурна позиція : 09134200-9 "Дизельне паливо". Мережа АЗС, на яких буде здійснюватися заправка за талонами повинна знаходитися в межах смт Любешів на відстані не більше 5 км від установи. Термін дії талонів – не менш ніж 12 місяців з дати обміну … талонів. Поставка талонів буде здійснюватись однією партією відповідно умов договору. Розрахунки між Сторонами здійснюються в Українській національній валюті — гривнях. Вид розрахунків — безготівковий, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунки за Товар Покупець здійснює протягом 7 (семи) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар.
