На момент поставки товару Постачальник надає копію декларації про відповідність з додатком до них на предмет закупівлі, що підтверджують можливість введення в обіг та/або експлуатацію (застосування) медичного виробу за результатами проходження процедури … оцінки відповідності згідно вимог технічного регламенту з урахуванням вимог Постанов КМУ від 02.10.2013 № 753 «Про затвердження Технічного регламенту щодо медичних виробів» та підтверджуючі документи якості запропонованого товару - сертифікат якості.. Розрахунки за Товар проводяться шляхом оплати Покупцем за фактом поставки Товару у розмірі 100% в термін протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з моменту поставки на підставі видаткової накладної (оформлених належним чином: посада, підпис, ПІБ/ПІ, печатка (у разі її використання), тощо)) на оплату товару.
