Кондиціонери настінні інверторні 12000 BTU з монтажем та пусконалагоджувальними роботами за кодом ДК 021:2015 – 39710000-2 – Електричні побутові прилади

Закупівля здійснюється за бюджетні кошти по КЕКВ: 3110, оплата буде здійснюватись через органи Казначейства. Розрахунок за поставлену партію Товару здійснюється у розмірі 100 % упродовж 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати поставки (монтажу) Товару на адресу … Покупця на підставі пред’явленої Постачальником видаткової накладної підписаної двома сторонами. Кондиціонер настінний інверторний 12000 BTU, спліт-система. Поставка, завантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи, монтаж та пусконалагоджувальні роботи настінних кондиціонерів здійснюється за рахунок, силами і з використанням матеріалів та спеціальної техніки Постачальника. Монтаж кондиціонера та пусконалагоджувальні роботи здійснюються у день поставки. Гарантійний термін на виконані монтаж та пусконалагоджувальні роботи не менше 1 року. Кондиціонери необхідно встановити за адресами згідно заявок Замовника по території України (Хмельницька область, Вінницька область, Чернівецька область, Житомирська область, Рівненська область) у приміщення, які зазначаються представниками Замовника за вказаними в заявках адресами, на 1-й, 2-й та 3-й поверхи будівель. Кондиціонери повинні бути новими (такими, що не були у вжитку), належної якості та в оригінальній упаковці. Кондиціонери повинні мати сертифікати, відповідне пакування, яке забезпечує цілісність товару та збереження його якості під час транспортування. В ціну Товару повинні бути включені всі витрати Учасника, які пов’язані з предметом поставки такі як: пакування, маркування, страхування, доставка, розвантаження, монтаж та пусконалагоджувальні роботи, а також всі податки, які сплачені або мають бути сплачені. Товар повинен відповідати показникам безпечності та якості, що передбачені чинним законодавством. Товар передається у присутності представників обох сторін відповідно до видаткової накладної. Після перевірки роботи кондиціонерів видаткова накладна підписується обома сторонами.
