1. Розрахунки між Покупцем та Постачальником здійснюються в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 90 календарних днів після підписання Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі Товару або Видаткової накладної. … Відпуск пального повинен здійснюватися відповідно до платіжних талонів, безпосередньо на стаціонарних АЗС з дотриманням порядку визначеного правилами роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами затвердженими наказом КМУ від 20.12.97 N 1442. АЗС обов’язково повинні бути обладнані не менш ніж трьома колонками з можливістю відпуску з кожної колонки різних видів палива, касовим апаратом та здійснювати роздрібний продаж палива за готівку широкому колу споживачів. Пропозиції учасників щодо поставки пального з швидко монтованих пересувних модульних заправок будуть відхилені замовником як такі, що не відповідають технічним вимогам. 2. Поставка платіжних талонів, повинна здійснюватися частинами (партіями) згідно заявок Замовника. 3. Відстань від АЗС з яких Учасник має можливість здійснювати відпуск пального до місця знаходження автотранспорту Замовника, який розташований за адресою: вул. Світлицького 35-б, Подільський район, м. Київ, 04208, повинна не перевищувати 5 - км. 4. З метою уникнення транспортних колапсів, заторів та максимальної економії пального - учасник повинен мати в наявності розгалужену мережу заправочних станцій не менше, ніж у дев'яти районах міста Києва.
