Поставка пально-мастильних матеріалів здійснюється Продавцем до 31.12.2024 року включно окремими партіями за заявками Покупця. - У разі виникнення затримок поставки не з вини Продавця, Продавець повідомляє про це Замовника. - У разі затримки бюджетного … фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється упродовж 7 (семи) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок Місце та умови поставки пально-мастильних матеріалів - згідно довірчих документів (талонів) через мережу АЗС. ЗС, на яких буде здійснюватись заправка транспортних засобів пальним повинні бути розташовані на відстані не більше 2 км від фактичної адреси замовника ( Сумська обл., м.Конотоп, вул.Варшавська,8). Поставка товару здійснюється у талонах номіналом 10, 20 літрів з терміном їх дії мінімум 12 (дванадцять) місяців з моменту поставки або безстроковими
