«Бензин А-95 та Дизельне паливо (талони/скретч-картки)» за кодом ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9 – Нафта і дистиляти»

Закупівля товару здійснюється відповідно до Постанови КМУ № 1178 від 12 жовтня 2022 року (зі змінами). Відповідно Постанови КМУ № 178 від 02.03.2022 року “Про деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного … стану” установлено, що до припинення чи скасування воєнного стану операції з постачання товарів для заправки (дозаправки) або забезпечення транспорту Збройних Сил, Національної гвардії, Служби безпеки, Служби зовнішньої розвідки, Державної прикордонної служби, Міністерства внутрішніх справ, Державної служби з надзвичайних ситуацій, Управління державної охорони, Державної служби спеціального зв’язку та захисту інформації, інших утворених відповідно до законів військових формувань, їх з’єднань, військових частин, підрозділів, установ або організацій, що утримуються за рахунок коштів державного бюджету, для потреб забезпечення оборони України, захисту безпеки населення та інтересів держави обкладаються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою. Талони/скретч-картки повинні бути номіналом 10 та/або20 літрів, мати безстроковий термін дії або термін дії не менше 365 календарних днів з можливістю подальшої заміни невикористаних Покупцем талонів/скретч-карток, та діяти на всіх АЗС, на яких є обов’язкова гарантована можливість заправки по талонах/скретч-картках, наданих Постачальником. У разі пошкодження або втрати картки на пальне Замовником нова картка на пальне надається Постачальником безкоштовно протягом 48 годин з часу отримання відповідного письмового повідомлення. Строк поставки Товару – не пізніше 01.05.2024 року в повному обсязі. Покупець, у будь-який час, обмінює талони/скретч-картки, термін дії яких сплив, на аналогічні з незакінченим строком дії без додаткової за це оплати або продовжує термін використання наявних у Покупця талонів/скретч-карток. Гарантійний строк отримання Товару - безстроково з моменту отримання Покупцем талонів/скретч-карток. Розрахунок за поставлений товар проводиться шляхом безготівкових розрахунків на підставі пред’явленого рахунку та видаткової накладної-післяоплата
