Поставка товару має здійснюватися партіями, згідно поданих заявок та транспортом Учасника в строк протягом 3 (трьох) календарних днів, з моменту надання письмової заявки Замовником один раз в неділю. У разі виникнення нагальної потреби, поставка продукції … буде змінена в залежності від реальних потреб у межах одного календарного дня від дати замовлення, за погодженням. Поставка (транспортування) товару має здійснюватися за рахунок Учасника (Продавця) за адресою: Київська обл., м. Чорнобиль, вул. Шкільна, 8 та/або Київська обл., м. Чорнобиль, вул. Котовського, 2/А. Усі розрахунки здійснюються в національній валюті України – гривні, у безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування Покупцем грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця, що вказаний у Договорі. Вартість товару сплачується на підставі підписаних уповноваженими представниками сторін видаткових накладних, шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів після підписання видаткових накладних.
