Умови оплати (порядок розрахунків): розрахунки між Учасником та Замовником здійснюються відповідно до видаткової накладної, наданої Учасником. Замовник перераховує кошти на розрахунковий рахунок Учасника протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дня … отримання Товару Замовником враховуючи постанову КМУ № 590 від 09.06.2021р. Придбання палива буде здійснюватися Замовником на умовах отримання Замовником палива талонами на відповідних АЗС. Номінал 10,20,30 літрів на Дизельне паливо Євро – 5, бензин А-95 (Євро 5) Строк дії карток має бути не менше 1 року з подальшою безкоштовною заміною або продовження терміну дії залишку паливних талонів, які не будуть використанні замовником у встановлені терміни їх дії. Враховуючи те, що закупівля відбувається для потреб шкільних автобусів в частині закупівлі дизельного палива Євро -5, АЗС має бути розташована в межах не більше 7 км від місцезнаходження Замовника. Графік роботи всіх АЗС має бути цілодобовий
