Рафіновані олії та жири

Товар поставляється за рахунок та силами Постачальника, невеликими партіями у тарі з маркуванням, відповідно до правил маркування харчових продуктів, на підставі замовлень (заявок) Покупця, протягом 1 (одного) робочого дня після отримання заявки, з 8:00 … до 11:00 протягом строку дії Договору. Строк поставки: до 31 грудня 2024 року. Місце поставки товарів: 02221, м. Київ, просп. Червоної Калини, 28-В. Строк для споживання Товару (строк придатності) на дату постачання Покупцю не може бути меншим ніж 80 % від терміну придатності Товару. Товар поставляється з наступними документами: а) видаткова накладна, оформлена відповідно до вимог законодавства та специфікації до Договору; б) документи, що засвідчують якість товару та відповідність санітарно-гігієнічним вимогам (нормам), що передбачено для даного виду Товару. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються за фактом поставки Товару, відповідно до ст.ст. 48, 49 Бюджетного кодексу України та Постанови КМУ №590 від 09.06.2021 «Про затвердження Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану», протягом 10 банківських днів з дати отримання бюджетного призначення на реєстраційний рахунок Покупця.
