Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару: до 31.12.2024 р. Поставка (передача) товару здійснюється … дрібними партіями транспортом Постачальника в певний час, необхідній кількості, безпосередньо до вимог Покупця згідно з попередньо наданими заявками Покупця (в строк три робочі дні після отримання заявки замовника в телефонному, електронному або факсовому вигляді) протягом строку постачання. Проведення навантажувально-розвантажувальних робіт здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника та забезпечується Постачальником власними силами. Розрахунки за товар здійснюються Покупцем шляхом оплати за фактично поставлені Постачальником товари на підставі належним чином оформлених видаткових накладних на умовах відстрочки платежу протягом 30 банківських днів з дня поставки (передачі) товару.
