Дизельне паливо (талони) (за кодом CPV за ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти)

1. Продавець повинен мати автозаправну станцію (власну, партнерських) в радіусі не далі 10 км від адреси Замовника: Київська область, Обухівський район, с. Хотів, вул. Богдана Хмельницького,8. Продавець повинен забезпечити реалізацію Талонів Покупцем … цілодобово, включаючи вихідні, святкові дні. 2. Обслуговування Покупця на АЗС повинно здійснюватись за талоном Продавця які можуть прийматись на будь-якій АЗС, що зазначені в договорі. Термін дії талонів повинен бути не менше як 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання Покупцем. 3. Поставка товару (талонів) здійснюється Продавцем за власний рахунок за адресою Покупця. 4. Покупець проводить оплату вартості Товару, поставленого на підставі видаткових накладних Продавця. Оплата вартості Товару за рахунок бюджетних коштів здійснюється у порядку, передбаченому статтею 49 Бюджетного кодексу України, протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з дати надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок Покупця. Покупець здійснює закупівлю дизельного пального партіями, протягом 2024 року. 5. Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється відповідно до Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затверджений Постановою КМУ від 09.06.2021 №590.
