1. Місце поставки Товару: АЗС запропоновані Учасником. Місце передачі талонів: 54034, Миколаївська обл., м. Миколаїв, вул. Миколаївська, 5-а. Смарт-карти на товар діють в мережі АЗС, запропонованій Учасником в тендерній пропозиції, на території м. … Миколаєва та Миколаївської області по 31.12.2024 року з дня отримання їх Замовником. 2. Строк поставки Товару: Строк передачі смарт-карт - протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів з моменту одержання Учасником заявки (письмової або за допомогою електронного зв’язку) від Замовника. Строк поставки пального — протягом терміну дії смарт-карт. 3. Місце розташування не менше ніж однієї із запропонованих Учасником АЗС повинно знаходитись в радіусі 5 км., від автотранспортного цеху ОКП «Миколаївоблтеплоенерго», який знаходиться за адресою вул. Новозаводська 48 м. Миколаїв. 4. Якість товару повинна відповідати діючим стандартам та нормам України. 5. Розрахунки за товар проводяться наступним чином: на підставі рахунку – фактури, наданого Учасником, Замовник проводить оплату Товару протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів після підписання Сторонами накладної на фактично поставлений Товар. 6. Замовник отримує товар по смарт-картам. Учасник забезпечує можливість Замовника в отриманні товару за смарт-картами в м. Миколаїв та Миколаївській обл.. Поставка та передача товару здійснюється узгодженими партіями (частинами), у відповідності до заявок Замовника протягом строку дії Договору. Кількість партій товару, асортимент та ціна зазначаються в накладних або товарно-транспортних накладних (ТТН). 7. Відпуск Товару Замовнику здійснюється цілодобово з АЗС запропонованих Учасником по смарт-картам, що є підставою для відвантаження Товару. 8. Учасник повинен мати розширену мережу АЗС, а саме: не менше 5 (п’яти) АЗС в м. Миколаєві та не менше 10 (десяти) АЗС в Миколаївській області.
