Хліб з пшеничного борошна, в упаковці, 1 кг; Хліб з житнього борошна, в упаковці, 1 кг Хліб житній Виготовлений з борошна житнього обдирного хлібопекарського, борошна пшеничного, води, олії соняшникової, солі кухонної, дріжджів хлібопекарських. Подовий, … вага - 0,950 кг. Повинен відповідати ДСТУ 4583:2006 «Хліб із житнього та суміші житнього та пшеничного борошна. Загальні технічні умови». В упаковці Хліб пшеничний Виготовлений з борошна пшеничного першого сорту, води питної, олії соняшникової, солі кухонної, дріжджів хлібопекарських. Подовий, вага - 0,6 кг. Повинен відповідати ДСТУ 7517:2014 «Хліб з пшеничного борошна. Загальні технічні умови». В упаковці Строк поставки товару: Постачальник здійснює поставку товару до 31.12.2024 року, щоденно (протягом 24 (двадцяти чотирьох) годин з моменту отримання заявки). Поставка за адресами Замовника Для забезпечення функцій закладу охорони здоров’я (у зв’язку з різким збільшенням та заповненням хворими ліжко-місць в стаціонарі) поставка товару за окремими замовленнями має бути виконана на протязі 1 (однієї) години з моменту отримання відповідного замовлення. Учасник надає гарантійний лист щодо можливості доставки протягом однієї години з моменту отримання заявки. Виробничі потужності повинні знаходитися на відстані не більше 30 км. від місцезнаходження замовника
