Грантовий контракт № 2020/415-429 ( проект подовжено до 17.04.2024р.). Закупівля за кошти Гранту буде здійснюватися в пільговому режимі без ПДВ Закупівля здійснювається в пільговому режимі без ПДВ на підставі міжнародного договору – Рамкової Угоди між Урядом України і Комісією Європейських Співтовариств № 994-763 від 03 вересня 2008 року, ратифікованої Законом України № 360-VI від 03.09.2008р.
