Термін поставки: до 31.12.2024 року з дати укладання Договору згідно заявки. Постачання товару здійснюється за адресою: Київська область, м. Вишгород, вул. Кургузова, 1 транспортом Постачальника, згідно заявки Замовника щодня з 6-30 год. – 7-00 год. … Завантаження та вивантаження товару здійснюється представниками Постачальника до приміщення складу Замовника. При передачі товару Постачальник повинен передати Замовнику наступні документи -видаткову накладну (оформлена згідно з умовами діючого законодавства); -відповідні сертифікати якості (оформлені згідно з умовами діючого законодавства). Передача-приймання товару здійснюється у присутності представників Постачальника та Замовника. Датою поставки є дата коли Товар переданий у власність Замовника. Право власності на поставлений товар переходить від Постачальника до Замовника в момент підписання останнім накладної
