Поставка та передача у власність Замовника Палива здійснюється за Талонами або Скретч-картками Єдиного уніфікованого зразка номіналом 5, або 10, або 15, або 20 літрів. Термін дії паливних талонів або скретч-карток на відпуск пального становить не менше … трьох місяців з дати поставки Учасником Замовнику, а також Учасник гарантує продовжити термін дії талонів або скретч-карток до моменту їх використання. Талони на товар (партію товару) надаються Замовнику за письмовим замовленням. Відпуск Палива має здійснюватись на АЗС Постачальника з обов'язковим розташуванням на відстані до 25-ти кілометрів за умови руху по автодорозі з асфальтованим покриттям від адреси Замовника - с. Ганнівка, Новоукраїнського району, Кіровоградської області.
