1. Умови оплати: Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Постачальника. Замовник здійснює розрахунки за фактом отримання товару з відстрочкою платежу до 30 календарних днів за умови наявності (надходження) … коштів на розрахунковий рахунок. 2. Поставка товару здійснюється дрібними партіями з понеділка по п’ятницю з 7:00 до 10:00 у період дії договору згідно заявок Замовника. Строк виконання однієї заявки 1 календарний день. Заявки можуть надаватись щоденно. Поставка, що здійснюється після 10:00 – вважається недобросовісним виконанням заявок Замовника та Договору. Доставка, завантаження та розвантаження товару здійснюється автотранспортом Постачальника за власні кошти та власними силами. 3. Строк поставки: до 31.08.2024р. 4. Постачальник здійснює поставку товару за кінцевим місцем призначення Замовника (постачання товару здійснюється за адресами закладів дошкільної освіти Замовника).
