Поставка Товару: самовивіз зі заводу-виробника Постачальника у межах не більше 5 км від бази Покупця. Товар відвантажується відповідно до виробничої потреби згідно заявки Покупця. Відвантаження Товару здійснюється протягом 1 (одного) календарного дня з … моменту направлення Покупцем заявки Постачальнику. Товар має відповідати технічним, якісним та кількісним вимогам, визначеним у Проекті Договору. Оплата здійснюється, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника з відстроченням платежу до 30-ти (тридцяти) банківських днів з дня отримання Товару від Постачальника. Постачальник не має права ініціювати збільшення ціни на Товар раніше, ніж відбудеться поставка не менше ніж 50 (п'ятдесяти) відсотків від загального обсягу Товару.
