Дизельне паливо

Поставка та передача товару здійснюється за паливними талонами єдиного уніфікованого зразка. Учасник повинен мати у користуванні або у власності АЗС (мережу АЗС) або партнерські заправні станції, які повинні бути розташовані на території міста … Бердичів. Місце поставки товару здійснюється через АЗС, шляхом використання талонів на пальне. З моменту видачі талонів Замовнику та до моменту фактичного отримання (відпуску) пального на АЗС Постачальника, пальне перебуває на повному відповідальному безкоштовному зберіганні у Постачальника. Строк дії талонів на видачу бензину повинен бути не менше 12 (дванадцяти) місяців з дати передачі їх Замовнику. Розрахунки за кожну поставлену партію Продукції здійснюється Замовником у безготівковому порядку в українській національній валюті - гривнях шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дня отримання Продукції враховуючи вимоги постанови № 590 від 09.06.2021р (зі змінами та доповненнями).
