Обґрунтування технічних та якісних характеристик предмета закупівлі. Для забезпечення оперативних втручань пацієнтам, які лікуються в закладі, з метою дотримання вимог санітарно протиепідемічного режиму, Замовник здійсню закупівлю товару, який … зазначений в запиті пропозицій постачальників, оскільки вказаний товар за своїми якісними, медичними характеристиками найбільше відповідатиме вимогам та потребам замовника. Тому для дотримання принципів Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (зі змінами), з урахуванням Постанови від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», замовником було прийнято рішення провести закупівлю саме даного товару. Джерело фінансування: кошти НСЗУ. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі: 629 312,00 грн, з ПДВ. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі розрахована на підставі отриманих комерційних пропозицій (за методом порівняння ринкових цін). У випадку затримки оплати Замовником (відсутність коштів на розрахунковому рахунку), Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату поставленого Постачальником Товару протягом 10-ти банківських днів з моменту надходження коштів на рахунок.
