АЗС Продавця повинна знаходитися на відстані не більше 5 км. від юридичної адреси Замовника (Київська область, Фастівський р-н, село Віта-Поштова, ВУЛИЦЯ БОЯРСЬКА, будинок 4) дорогами загального користування. Відстань від АЗС, до юридичної адреси … Замовника має становити не більше 5 км. дорогами загального користування. У випадку, якщо дана відстань складає більше 5 км. дорогами загального користування, то даний факт буде розцінюватися Замовником, як письмова відмова від підписання договору на умовах визначених Замовником у запиті пропозиції постачальників. Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється Покупцем на підставі належним чином оформлених, рахунків та видаткових накладних Продавця впродовж 15 (пʼятнадцяти) робочих днів з моменту поставки Товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється впродовж 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту надходження коштів, передбачених на дану закупівлю на рахунок Покупця.
