Враховуючи, що закупівля за предметом код дк 021:201544830000-7 - Мастики, шпаклівки, замазки та розчинники Матеріал герметизуючий (мастика герметизуюча бітумно-полімерна) перевищує 500 тис. грн., а замовником зазначено технічні характеристики у вигляді упаковки, таку закупівлю доцільно відмінити, оскільки неможливо усунути порушення, яке виявлено та є таким, що не відповідає вимогам Постанови 1178.
