Терміни оплати - впродовж 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання Товару, на підставі документів, що підтверджують факт поставки. Попередня оплата Товару не передбачається. Форма відпуску пального: талони на паливо номіналом 10 л та 20 … л Термін дії Талонів: не менше 6-ти місяців з дати їх отримання. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) талонів: талони постачаються частинами згідно потреби Замовника, але в будь-якому випадку по 31.05.2024 року включно. Місце поставки (видачі зі зберігання) Товару: автозаправні станції Постачальника в м. Бершадь та м. Вінниця, Вінницької області. Якість Товару повинна відповідати вимогам державних стандартів або технічних умов, що діють на території України та підтверджуватись сертифікатом та паспортом відповідності (якості). Постачальник повинен підтвердити якість Товару, що поставляється, товаросупровідними документами, які надсилаються разом з Товаром (сертифікат якості та паспорт якості) на кожну партію Товару.
