Продавець зобов'язаний за заявкою Покупця поставити за свій рахунок Товари у розпорядження Покупця разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти Товари на умовах цього договору, протягом 5 (п’ять) днів з моменту подання заявки Покупця … (графік поставок Додаток 2). Заявка Покупця подається шляхом надсилання її на поштову адресу, або на електронну адресу. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Покупцем протягом 7 робочих днів після поставки Товарів та пред'явлення Продавцем рахунка на оплату за фактично поставлені Товари (далі – рахунок) та після підписання Сторонами накладної (акта приймання – передачі товарів).
