Товар (паливо) повинен відповідати діючим державним стандартам (ДСТУ та Технічному регламенту). Учасник повинний мати такі сертифікати: ДСТУ ISO/ІЕС 9001:2015 «Системи управління якістю»; ДСТУ ISO/ІЕС 14001: 2015 «Системи Екологічного управління. Вимоги … по впровадженню»; ДСТУ ISO/ІЕС 27001: 2013 «Інформаційні технології. Методи захисту. Вимоги». Учасник повинен мати (у користуванні, оренді або у власності) розгалужену мережу АЗС, які мають ліцензію на право роздрібної торгівлі пальним, по всій території України з обов’язковим розташуванням АЗС на території кожної області, із можливістю цілодобової заправки паливом автомобілів за картками на АЗС, що знаходяться у Запорізькій та Херсонській областях (крім тимчасово окупованих територій). Алгоритм отримання Товару та його оплати такий: в строк до 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з дня набрання чинності договором, Учасник передає уповноваженому представнику Замовника картки з нарахованим на них загальним обсягом придбаного пального: Бензин А-95 (Євро5) у кількості 5 шт. Передача Товару (карток) – м. Запоріжжя. Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Учасника протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після отримання Товару на підставі видаткової накладної, з урахуванням реального фінансування видатків Замовника. Договір про закупівлю не повинен включати умови попередньої оплати за товар. Термін дії карток не менше 1 (одного) року від дати їх отримання. У разі зміни зовнішньої форми карток, їх обмін здійснюється без додаткової на це оплати. Забезпечення обліку та обслуговування (програмно-апаратним шляхом) карткової системи видачі палива у літровому вимірі з добовим та місячним режимом лімітування по кожному автотранспортному засобу. Програмне забезпечення має бути інстальоване на технічно-апаратні засоби Замовника з можливістю користування програмним забезпеченням протягом всього часу використання карток. Учасник гарантує, що за Договором Поставки він не буде пропонувати Замовнику до постачання товар, що походить з російської федерації і республіки білорусь та/або ввезений на митну територію з російської федерації і республіки білорусь, ісламської республіки іран.
