Explanation

Під час проведення Закупівлі встановлено неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення вимог законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, а саме: під час підготовки закупівлі допущено помилки у технічних, якісних та кількісних характеристиках товарів. Оскільки, допущені помилки пов’язані з технічними, якісними та кількісними характеристиками товару, що закуповується, виникла необхідність у зміні цих характеристик товару та відповідно очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі. Таким чином Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону оскільки неможливо усунути порушення, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
