Грантовий контракт № 2020/415-429 ( проект подовжено до 17.04.2024р.). Закупівля за кошти Гранту буде здійснюватися в пільговому режимі без ПДВ Закупівля здійснювається в пільговому режимі без ПДВ на підставі міжнародного договору – Рамкової Угоди між Урядом України і Комісією Європейських Співтовариств № 994-763 від 03 вересня 2008 року, ратифікованої Законом України № 360-VI від 03.09.2008р. Угода про фінансування заходу «Підтримка ЄС для сходу Укрїни» Оплата Товару буде здійснюватися лише по факту його поставки, шляхом переказу 100 % коштів вартості поставленого Товару Покупцем на рахунок Продавця протягом 10 (Десяти) робочих днів з дня отримання Товару Покупцем і підписання Сторонами відповідних документів про приймання-передачу Товару.
